Do you belong to a social club, civic group, or service organization that schedules guest speakers?

Are you an educator looking for enrichment programs for your students?

If so, LaRC will be happy to try to arrange for a speaker for your social club, civic group, or class. Our speaker will talk about the work we do, the role of archives in a civil society, and the importance of preserving our past for future generations.

We can tailor our talk to the goals of your organization or class. If speaking to students, we can explain the purpose of an archives, how to do original archival research, and how properly to handle archival documents.
